Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Muso's Stuff. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery

We offer Free Shipping on qualifying products in orders over $150.00.  Most of the larger and heavier products do not qualify.

Local pickup (Click & Collect) at Checkout

Click & Collect is a service that allows our customers to buy a product online and pick it up in-store. We allow local customers to pick up their orders.  Goods placed on order through in-store pick up, will be ready for collection on the day of purchase.   Expected pickup time is Usually ready within 4 hours.   Proof of purchase is required upon collection.   

It would be preferable for you to call ahead before making your way to the store.   Call 03 5441 2340. 

We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days after you receive your collection notification. If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days, we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

Auspost and Tracked Courier Delivery

Smaller products range from $4.00 to $14.90.  Larger products range up to $211.00.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Deliveries typically take between 5 and 8 days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Muso's Stuff does not ship to P.O. Boxes within Australia and Tasmania.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Muso's Stuff is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Muso's Stuff is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside Australia.

Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Additional information

  • Delivery fees are based on order size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
  • Additional charges may apply for orders outside our local delivery areas.
  • Delivery fees, if any, will be noted at checkout.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Based on inventory location, items may arrive in more than one shipment.
