The TD-12R features a 12-inch rubber playing surface mounted on a sturdy ten-sided wooden plate, providing a durable and responsive surface for everyday practice. The rubber surface gives you the feel you need to concentrate on your sticking technique while keeping practice considerably quieter and more convenient than playing a full acoustic kit.
The underside features anti-slip EVA foam, helping keep the pad securely positioned when practising on a desk, table or other flat surface. For greater flexibility, the pad also includes an 8 mm (5/16") mounting thread, allowing it to be attached to a compatible practice pad or cymbal stand.
With its generous 12-inch playing area, the Stagg TD-12R gives drummers plenty of space to work on single strokes, double strokes, paradiddles, rolls, accents and other essential exercises.
