The J&D Luthiers TF60 Fan-Fret Contemporary TL takes the familiar TL-style electric guitar and gives it a serious modern upgrade. Designed with players in mind who want extended range, fast playability and plenty of output, the TF60 combines a contemporary multi-scale fan-fret design with a powerful HH pickup configuration.
At the heart of the TF60 is its multi-scale 27"/25.5" fretboard, which provides a longer scale for the lower strings while retaining a more familiar feel on the higher strings. This fan-fret layout can improve string tension, intonation and playing comfort, particularly when tuning down or playing heavier styles of music.
