Installation is quick and straightforward. The pickup slides onto the ukulele's tie block beneath the strings and is held securely in position by string tension. The piezo element is housed in a lightweight white beech wood assembly, helping maintain excellent tonal sensitivity while keeping the pickup exceptionally light at just 3.1g. The UK-1 Version 2 is compatible with most ukuleles featuring a standard bridge and tie block, including soprano, concert, tenor and baritone models. A detachable cable is included, allowing you to connect the pickup to an amplifier, PA system, mixer or other suitable equipment.

Simple, Non-Permanent Installation
The UK-1 is designed to be installed by loosening the ukulele strings, sliding the pickup beneath the string loops and positioning it evenly across the tie block. Once the strings are retightened and the instrument is tuned, you're ready to plug in and play.
